Terms of Use

By downloading or using Pickleball Video Editor ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Mac you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard licensing terms for App Store apps (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).

Your content

You retain full ownership of every video you import into or export from the App. We never access, store, or claim any rights to your footage — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, including respecting the privacy and rights of anyone who appears in footage you edit with it.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of video footage or edited projects. We recommend keeping your own backups of any footage that matters to you.

Purchases

If the App offers any paid features or subscriptions, those purchases are processed and billed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's own refund and billing policies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
